To provide the theoretical and practical skills and knowledge of joint integrity, Safe and correct use of hand/hydraulic torque equipment and tensioning equipment (Theory and practical)
Who Should Attend?
Personnel who are required to work on bolted flanges using hand/hydraulic torque and tensioning equipment.
Course Outline
Training is structured to provide practical and theoretical training in line with use of Industry best practice.
MJ-10, 18 & 19 course provides the trainee with the necessary underpinning knowledge as to make and break flanged joints with manual, hydraulic and tensioning bolt-up methods. At the end of this course all participants will be fully understand the theory and best Industry practices of ensuring the integrity of flanges on pipework and vessels in process plants.
