Course Overview
This course aims to provide theoretical and practical skills and knowledge of joint integrity, specifically focusing on the use of hand and hydraulic torque equipment. At the end of this course, all participants will have a full understanding of the theory and best practices of ensuring the integrity of flanges on pipework and vessels in process plants.
Who Should Attend?
Personnel who are required to work on bolted flanges using hand/hydraulic torque equipment.
Course Outline
The course is structured to provide both practical and theoretical skills and knowledge in line with the best practice procedures for making and breaking flanged joints with manual and hydraulic bolt-up methods.
Understand tightening and torqueing
